Who am I and what do I know about eating real food?
My name is Tasha Sylvester, for the last 10 years I have studied and trained to better understand nutrition & cooking and have found ways to make eating real food at home for our family of seven.

I am a Certified Elite Mentor, speaker and author and homeschooling mom that is devoted to creating and maintaining a wholesome family lifestyle. 

I have seen how important a balanced routine and eating well is for my five children and how it has improved their sleep, behavior, digestion and their ability to learn. It has also helped me feel stronger, more energized and mentally present and patient. 

I could help more parents that want to improve their own family's eating habits and lifestyle so they can have a calm and balanced family that is strong, happy and well.
